Refunds and exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We gladly accept returns received within 14 days of the order being delivered to the customer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Returns will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer, if original tags have been cut off or original packaging including dust bags are missing.

HOW TO RETURN

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you require a refund/exchange and your return meets the above conditions, please email us at info@inthetote.co.uk and we will respond the same day with our returns address.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by In The Tote, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your return has been received, it can take up to one week to process. You will receive an email confirming your refund has been processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. If you have requested an exchange, this will be shipped to you free of charge upon receiving your return and we will email you with the tracking information for your exchange.
