Refunds and exchanges

RETURNS POLICY

We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered.

Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags as originally attached and the original packaging included (for example, dust bags where provided).

  • If tags have been cut or broken, we will not be able to issue a refund or exchange.

HOW TO RETURN

We hope you love your purchase! However, if you require a refund/exchange, please carefully read our above returns policy. If your return meets these conditions, please email us at info@inthetote.co.uk and we will respond the same day with our returns address.

It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by In The Tote when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office for the best service and tracking ID.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Once your return has been received, it can take up to one week to process. You will then receive an email confirming your refund has been processed to your original payment method, excluding any delivery costs. If you have requested an exchange, this will be shipped to you free of charge upon receiving your return and we will email you with your new tracking code.
